My Account

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password through these steps:

  1. From the PPG homepage, click on the "Sign In" button
  2. Click on “ Forgot password" link
  3. Enter your email address in the field provided and click "Forgot password"
  4. PPG will send the password to your email ID that you use at PPG. Please look out for an email from customercare@photoprintsandgifts.com. Please be sure to add this email ID to your address book and safe list so that important communication from PPG will reach your inbox.
How can I update my personal information?

You can review or change your personal information at any time

  1. Sign in to your PPG user account
  2. Click on the "My Account" button
  3. Click on "My Profile" link pertaining to the personal information you wish to update
How can I change my sign in email ID?
  1. Sign in to your PPG user account
  2. Click on the "My Account" button
  3. Click on "My Profile" and change the email address and save
What is my Address Book?

You can store email IDs, phone numbers and addresses of members of your family and friends in your PPG Address book. You can import addresses from your Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, Outlook, Outlook Express, Plaxo address book, and more. You can use these addresses to invite your family members and friends to vote for your contest entries, share your albums and photos with them, send them your ‘Show and Share’ products or, you can order PPG products to be delivered directly to your friends and family members. You can also spread the news about PPG to the contacts in your address book.

How do I upload names from my email Address Book to my PPG Address Book?

PPG makes it easy for you to upload all of your friends' email addresses from your email address book,
including Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, Outlook, Outlook Express, and more:

  1. Sign in to your PPG user account
  2. Click on the "My Account" button
  3. Under "My Address Book", click on the "Import your address book:" link
  4. Follow the instructions on the "Import" page
What are PPG credits?

Credits at PPG are discounts. These are inserted directly to your account, typically by Customer Care at PPG. Your account may also become eligible for discounts based on the age of your account and, usage. You will receive communication from PPG about these discounts. All discounts for your PPG account are available as credits. When you take your order to the cart and check out, these credits will adjust against your order value.

How can I check the status of my PPG credits?
    On the "My Albums" page you will see “My credits” – where you can check the status of credits for your account. You can also get the status of all credits and discounts available for your account by contacting customercare@photoprintsandgifts.com. When you write in, include a description of the order you have in mind and, a member of customer care will revert with information on credits for your account. Allow us 1 or 2 business days to revert with this information.
How can I cancel my PPG account?

Your basic account at PPG is free, you are charged only for orders that you place. Please contact customercare@photoprintsandgifts.com if there is a reason for your closing the account at PPG. We will be glad to work with you and resolve, if there are specific reasons for your decision to cancel the account. If you are looking to reduce the number of emails coming to you from PPG, you do have the unsubscribe option that will stop promotional emails coming your way. Our communication to you post unsubscribe will be restricted to transactions in your account. However, if you truly do not have any use for the account, please let us know and we would be glad to cancel the account.
